How pricing works

Attorney login

Participating attorneys pay a flat fee per billable lead, agreed for their county and injury-type coverage. Leads are exclusive to one participating attorney.

We follow up with exact pricing for your counties.

  • 48 hours after delivery to accept or request review with a rejection reason. Undecided leads are automatically accepted after 48 hours.
  • Invalid leads may receive a credit after admin review; the decision appears in your portal.
  • No contract. Pause lead delivery or adjust coverage at any time.

How we handle SB 37

California SB 37 treats each consumer page as attorney advertising that must identify a responsible California attorney or firm and a bona fide California office. Next Step Injury shows a responsible-attorney disclosure on every consumer page: name, firm, office city and California State Bar number. City pages use the attorney assigned for that county; other pages use the statewide record. Until a page has an assigned attorney, it shows a pending notice and is not used for paid traffic.

To be listed, your firm supplies:

  • The responsible attorney's California State Bar number
  • The city of a bona fide California office
  • The State Bar address of record

The disclosure identifies who advertises. It is not an endorsement or ranking.
